Interview with sexaudia, internet radio station!

This week, we are proud to be presenting an interview with Craig, founder of sexaudia, an internet radio station featuring adult stories, podcasts, and naughty erotic music....

So first, what IS sexaudia?

sexaudia is basically a sex positive internet radio station with no censoring and no holds barred music, education, and everything about human sexuality.

What kind of content do you play?

Sex education, music, spoken word, comedy, experimental, interviews, sex positive PSAs.

Comedy? Sex comedy?! What does that look (sound) like? Can you give a brief example?

This would basically be anything too dirty or controversial to play on the radio, or jokes about/related to sex etc.

Is it free? How does the station support itself?

it is free, we support the station with traditional ads

By traditional, do you mean "banner ads" or audio commercial sponsors?

Banner ads I meant, we currently play all audio ads free of charge! We accept paid advertising via banners and at the moment 100% free audio ads.

Free audio ads?! Sweet, we'll have to send you a few of those. ;) So how did you decide you wanted to get involved in the sex radio business?

I saw there was nothing out there catering to people that were more audio oriented (like myself)

Are there a lot of adult oriented radio stations on the internet, or are you especially unique?

I dont think there are many, maybe 2 besides us.

Is it a 24/hr station?

Yes, 24/7!

Are you involved in the adult industry, beyond the radio show?

I am not, we may get more involved because we have gotten so many invitations.

Ooh, what kinds of invitations? Are we gonna be seeing y'all naked at an event soon? ;)

Haha! Mostly we go to shows and expos, to throw out free merch and network!

Are there any events we may be seeing you at soon?

We dont have anything planned at the moment but we do attend some events on our calendar! [That can be found] under resources on the website.

How many people work with the station regularly? Is it just you, or do you have a huge staff?

Mainly myself and a few friends, I wrote all the software that makes the station run itself and go get new content etc..

What's your favorite story or episode on the show so far?

It would have to be the show IPR, Irrational Public Radio, its making fun of NPR, its absolutely hilarious and weird at the same time.

We noticed you have some "merchandise" for sale. What kind of gear do you have?

Shirts mainly through our website. we give some away as well at events we go to.

Any new shows or other features coming in the future?

Not at the moment but we are always looking for new podcasts people are making or series we can broadcast or bands!
